Depending on the service used, we may collect in particular:

- professional information such as company name, legal form, SIREN, share capital and registered office address;

- appointment, callback and commercial follow-up data;

- handling quote, callback and contact requests, on the basis of pre-contractual measures;
- booking appointments, preparing and monitoring files, on the basis of contract performance or pre-contractual measures;
- creating and managing the client area, messaging and documents, on the basis of the contract;
- compliance with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations;
- platform security, abuse prevention, logging and audit, on the basis of ACCKIN's legitimate interest;
- audience measurement and user experience improvement when such tools are enabled, according to the applicable legal bases.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to authorized persons within ACCKIN and, where necessary, to its technical service providers.
Services identified in the ACCKIN project may include email delivery solutions, OVH Cloud Object Storage, Daily.co, Ubicentrex, JeSigne Expert and Pennylane.
Where certain providers may involve a transfer outside the European Union, ACCKIN implements the appropriate safeguards required by applicable regulations.
Retention periods
- prospects and contact requests: in principle up to 3 years after the last meaningful contact;
- client files: during the contractual relationship, then according to applicable legal and tax obligations;
- accounting documents and supporting evidence: for the applicable legal retention periods, which may extend up to 10 years depending on the nature of the document;
- technical logs and security data: for a period proportionate to the security and traceability purpose;
- cookies and trackers: for the period necessary for their purpose, then deleted or renewed according to applicable consent rules.
Security
ACCKIN applies technical and organizational measures adapted to the level of risk, including restricted access to data, secure connections, private document storage and logging of sensitive actions.

The website uses cookies and trackers strictly necessary for its operation, especially for security, authentication and certain technical preferences.
Where consent is required, ACCKIN obtains it before placing any non-essential tracker. You can reopen your choices at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer.
